COGNISTATE was designed for business or residential customers who make the majority of their calls within their home
state. COGNISTATE is a
high-quality long distance telephone service at discount rate, provided by Cognigen Networks, Inc and proudly offered by
Cheapest Long Distance Telephone Rates, designed for business and residential use nationwide.
The calls are billed in following increments:
6-second with 6 seconds minimum call length for the In-State calls, 60-second with 60 seconds increments for the
State-to-State calls and 6-second with 30 second minimum call length for the International calls.
CogniState long distance US domestic rate is 2.7 cents per minute for state-to-state
calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). Calls terminating to an International cellular phone may be billed in higher rates.
$1.99 monthly billing fee will apply with the "Bill Me" option or "Auto Pay" with monthly paper invoice in any month where
usage is lower than $20. Minimum taxes charged are Universal Service Fund at 11.1%, a 3% federal excise tax.
Businesses are assessed a PICC charge that varies by
state.
There are no PICC charges for residential customers. Rates are subject to change anytime without prior notification.
Please note, that even if your number was ported from a wireless provider
or a CLEC to an RBOC, it might still fall under Tier C category and would
not qualify you for lower rates.
Service not available in Alaska and Hawaii. The rates to these states are listed under International rates.
